Cabbage Soup

Ingredients:

1 large can Chicken or Vegetable Broth
2 - 12 oz. cans Tomato Juice
1 – 30 oz. can Crushed Tomatoes
1 head of Cabbage chopped
1 large Onion chopped
1 bunch of Celery diced
4 large Potatoes diced
1 head of Cauliflower chopped
1 bunch of Carrots sliced
2 cans Green Beans
1 bunch of Broccoli chopped
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 cloves Garlic

 

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and cook until vegetables are tender.

(This is a great soup for weight loss.)
